Re: Alone
Hello @Kitten
Sorry you feel so alone. I felt that way for a long time when I was in teens and twenties.
Please dont mix up "feeling" bad with "being" bad.
I am tagging some others to say hello, but you never know who is online so it may take time to get replies.
Welcome to the forum.
Hope you feel better soon.

Re: Alone
Hi @Kitten and welcome
Thats really horrible to go through. No i dont think your bad it seems ohers are ignorant or perhaps arent sure what to do to help.
i understand what its like to feel alone even in a room full of people. it can be quite distressing having those feelings all the time and like no one understands or cares.
i hope being here helps you to know your not alone even though you might feel it, alot of people here can relate to what your saying. please dont be afraid to say your thoughts, we genuinely care for you.
Have you got any other supports like gp or psychologist?

Re: Alone
I'm sorry to hear that you feel alone, its something that many people (including me) can relate to a lot here on the forums in particular. I often feel as though im invisible and nobody can really understand, but i also have massive difficulties with being able to express how i'm feeling what is going on for me internally (often i just dont have the words or maybe understand myself!)...
I really hope that by being here you feel less alone and find some support. Will be here listening if you feel like sharing further 🙂 Also feel free to look around the forums and join in any discussion that takes an interest.

Re: Alone
I don’t understand how people can ignore you when they say they love you. It’s like I bother them. I could never leave someone crying. I have a couple of people saying that I am horrible and are mean to them but they don’t seem to understand that what they say to me hurts and that their actions or non actions make me hurt.

Hello @Kitten ![]()
Welcome to the Forums 🙂
You might be surprised to discover how many people feel just like you, I am 1. But since I've found this forum, I am no longer alone
I have found many that understand & that I can understand.
I hear you & here I can be heard.
I feel for you & here I can be felt.
I understand you & here I can be understood.
We are all bad, just as we are all good. Most of the time I try to focus on my good. You will find many people that can help you see your good ![]()

Re: Alone
sorry @Kitten i edited my post.
when responding to someone in particular if you are on computer if you type in the @ symbol names will pop up and you can tag them so we get a notification, if your on your phone youll have to type the name in yourself. just as we've done for you here.
i wouldnt leave anyone crying either and of course their words are hurtful. have they actually said why your mean to them or just used that generic phrase 'you mean'
please do keep talking here, we are all listening

Re: Alone
we all get abit like that sometimes @Kitten no judgement here..
ahh yes the family that wants to complain instead of help. i have one of those too, never feeling good enough, alwasy being relyed upon but when i need help its the end of the world and they couldnt give 2 hoots. i get it.
would you consider going to your gp and speaking about how youve been feeling? they can help support you and also refer you to a psychologist so you can talk. learn and manage your anxiety and ways to cope with your family.
@Faith-and-Hopeis rather good at giving advice in this area and learning to cope with family dramas. shes helped me quite abit so i wonder if she could explain a few things shes said to me about 'building an emotional wall' and 'being polite but not a doormat'
