Re: catching up

I am home my angel, we have just had the cool change come through, it must have dropped 10 degrees, so nice, and looks like rain on the way.

I am so exhausted, mums results will go straight to her doctor so if their is anything wrong he will ring straight away.

Please stay safe on the roads Karen, it is too overwhelming for me. If your sight gets bad, please pull over.

Big hugs

Jacques

Re: catching up

it is 32 here at the moment, so it is much better, we are ment to have 29 here tomorrow, so i am happy.

Mum is still feeling a bit unwell, she is still having stomach problems, but is slowely recovering.

Yes, i think i have had a bit to much on the past 4-5 days, just too overwhelming, i will be able to rest now until saturday hopefully.

I have not slept since early this morning, i am so exhausted, i could go to sleep standing up, my adrenaline is going so strong, i jjust hope i can settle down before bedtime.

Please don't worry Karen, you need to care for yourself, how are you going now? i hope you are having some time out tonight, some quality R&R if yo uwhere here i would give you a shoulder massage to relieve some of the tension, oh sorry i forgot you can't stand anyone touching you, uuuummm maybe some relaxing music?

Re: catching up

Oh Jacques I would put up with someone touching me to have a shoulder massage I trust you.

bad chest pain and shaking muscles are twitching I hate being like this ,I wish it didn't hurt to breathe.

its all to much.

you have been asking alot of youself. You need to take care and remember to look after you as well.

I got a letter today from my psychiatrist which was meant to go to my dr not me. It was really difficult ti read my diagnosis. She used words that l dont even know what they mean. It scared me to read about myself
im just so low I didn't need that.

Re: catching up

would you really? wow, i do feel special, that is a lot of trust you put in me, thank you so much, it means a lot.

Yes, my chest is aching too, i have been trying to take deep breaths, but my chst is just so tight. My muscles twitch all the time Karen, i have been scared that it is small signs of what my father died of, as it is one of the symptoms, but i keep telling myself it is just the anxiety making them twitch.

I know my angel, i know how tough it is, you just need some time out to recover.

I am trying to care for myself, but i don't want to speak to mum about any of it as i don't want her stressed, she knows i have really pushed myself this week, and is allowing me to recover.

Oh no my angel, why did you open it, you should have put it straight back in the envelope and taken it to the doctors, Karen, this is a diagnosis, not who you are, it is what your symptoms present as, whatever that piece of paper says i can tell you you are a loving mother, i kind person and the best friend a person can have, that is all you need to know, everything else is just small stuff.

my angel i wish i could comfort you.

Re: catching up

I know I shouldn't have read it but it wasn't until I read it that I realized that it was meant to be for my gp.

Jacques you are the only person I can trust. you know more about me than anyone.
