@hiddenite I found it very strange to read my state wardship file. Processing all the things written about my mother father, siblings and myself has taken a while ... I read it and then put it away for a few years then read it again later. Eventually I am calmer when reading it.

I wasnt too keen on sushi .. but then came to like the little hand rolls ... we used to buy them for $2.50 each and then another choir member found another place where they are only $2. I prefer sushi with brown rice now, and look for that if possible.

@Jacques you have had a big few days ... it would stress most people to deal with extended family rellies and then your mum getting sick. Give yourself plenty of leeway and tolerance.

Tonight i am just watching another movie, then i am going to try and read a little, some technical computer books, i won't go into it, it is complicated reading.

It has been too much for me, but i made it, mum made me not tell the family she was in hospital, so none of them know, i delt with it on my own without family help, none of them live close by anyway so their was not much they could have done.

I think the worst of it is over i am hoping, the doctor did not call, so that has to be a good sign, right?

Christmas day is going to be cool here :), i am on my own Christmas day, so i am going to load up on a roast chicken and triffle, and maybe squeeze in some Pavlova 😄 i have some good books to read to keep me entertained.

Yes my angel, i have to agree, but you can change this Karen, you just need to follow your own body and mind, listen to them, when they tell you to stop, you really need to listen.
