Oh My angel, i have never thought i would have a friend full stop, i have been alone all my life, never trusted any one, and never thought i could ever trust anyone, i have pushed everyone i know away, i don't know why but their is a connection, a bond i can't explain, i feel so close to you, i can't explain how i feel, i am sure you feel the same.
I am so glad you chose me Karen, i would not be here if it was not for your kindness , caringness and unconditional support.
Oh Karen, you wouldn't have? you would have done that for me? i am so shocked, no one would do such a thing for me. it was a very lonely and scary time for me, i am so glad you did not do it, i would not like you to see me in such a state. i only want you to see me when i am ok.
You are an amazing friend Karen, you mean more to me than my own family, you mean more to me than anything, i would give everything away i own if it ment spending another day talking to you. 🙂

Jacques of course I would have done that for you I had it worked out. I couldn't just sit here and watch you so distressed and alone.

Oh Karen you are one special lady, if something had of happened to mum I would not last much longer, I can't be without her.
I am at the hospital, I have to go in, too many people.
Thinking of you my angel, please be safe, especially on the roads, it was a nightmare driving to town, I now know why they call it the silly season.

Hi Jacques im sorry you had to go in too. Remember your breathing try to keep it steady..
breathe slowly in count to six breathe out slowly count to eight. You can do this wherever you are. No one will notice.
you have done this before Jacques you can do it again. I have faith in you.
I hope the tests go ok for your mum. She must be quite worried too.

Your right Jacques the traffic is just awful. People doing really silly things .
im at the girls psychologist appointment now really bad anxiety today. Probably just the build up to Christmas.

My anxiety is so bad, I am really struggling today, just too many people, my thoughts are with you I think I am going through the same as you, nearly been in 3 accidents already, people are not watching where they are driving and so many people are on their phones. So scary.
I hope the appointment goes quickly, hugs my angel, I know how you are feeling, make sure you breath and drink some water it is very hot today.
Mums doctor called her this morning really concerned, so getting worried now.
