Oh my Karen, i hope you and the girls enjoy.

I am really anxious tonight, maybe the trip to town was too much, but i have been struggling this past week to control the panic attacks, nothing seems to be working, i have tried everything, i am wondering if my meds are having less of an effect on me, i am not sure, but i feel as anxious now as before i started on the meds.

i hope you and the girls have a nice night together, i am sure you are all watching a movie or TV show, it is a nice thought to see you and the girls cuddled up watching TV.

hahaha, OMG they got a better offer, oh well, it is nice to hear they are having fun, do you get on with him yet or is their still some tension?

I don't go to the doctors for another 2 months, but she will not change my meds until i see a psych and their are none i feel comfortable with, so i will just have to try and manage.

Yes, i am doing everything Karen, breathing excercises, mindfullness, sensory meditation, music, games and movies. i have even tried reading, nothing seems to be working, i am SH more and more to cope.

Karen, you are my reason for fighting, as long as i have your support i will keep going, you are my first girlfriend, i don't want to miss out on all our relation ship might have to offer 🙂

I smeel wonderful with my radox for men shower gel, it smells so nice, i am very particular in the scents i like, i know you are too 🙂

i hope you are having a rest since the girls are pre-occupied, it sounds like the girls laughter is lifting your mood too, am i right?

Yes, it must be nice to just sit back and watch the girls have a good time, sounds like they have had a big day, with the photo's and their uncle visiting, gosh what a pair of lucky girls 🙂

I am just resetting up my PC after a upgrade and watching Die hard 1-2, i need something high pace to keep me from thinking. ooooh better homes and gardens, i loved that show, i am a bit disapointed with all the ads through the show now 😞
