I know it is dear, mine was $3,000 but it is worth it for safety and knowing nothing can go wrong.

Karen, make sure you check prices online after you get a quote, to make sure it is not overcharged.

Im pretty low today I spent most of the day in bed. I feel so guilty ive got so much I should be doing but I just don't have the energy.

im waiting for school to finish I miss the girls so much when they are not around. Today was school photos so the girls had to get their hair just right.

Oh my I bet the girls looked beautiful for their school photos, I know you would have their hair just right, I hope they enjoyed it, I always liked school photos.

I know you must miss them a lot as they are your rock, you reason to go on. Maybe after the house is finished you could do some volunteering at the school? Mum used to work in the tuck shop when I was in primary school, she enjoyed it a lot.

Maybe something to think about.

I am OK, I am having really bad panic attacks every day now, I am struggling with wanting to socialise, every fibre of my being is screaming stop contact with every one, but I don't want to lose you, so I am holding onto you.

I used to volunteer at school every day. They even offered me a job but the panic attacks become so bad that I couldn't do it anymore.

Oh yes, it is a bugger the panic attacks, it ruins so much, maybe when you feel better you could ask to rejoin for volunteering, who knows they might offer you a job again 🙂

Karen, hold onto your dreams, just because you can't do something now does not mean it will be that way forever, you are getting better every day, you take steps to better MH every day 🙂

I am OK, just had to get some supplies and a frame for mum's latest tapistry.
