Dear @Jacques
I did not think YOU did anything wrong. @CherryBomb posted her gentle reminder after a post from @hiddenite and it was addressed to both of you, that is not say that karen did wrong either.
One of the important things my crazy experience has brought me is a sensitivity to the naivete and innocence of young males. (Eg All the church stuff .. father, son etc) I called out in my church choir "what about young male virgins" once.
Often young males are socialised into sexuality in totally inappropriate ways. Even in the normal spheres and ages.
Desire for connection is common in most humans at a primal level. There are many forms of bonding and development of affection. Sometimes it all gets channelled into sexual feeling. Sometimes we sublimate it, like I have in last few years .. and put my libidinal energies into my parenting and to my creative outlets.
If we didnt have so much fear and ignorance about sexuality we probably wouldnt have paedophiles in the first place. But the world is a huge place ... Sexual urges are powerful .. They have to be because they are designed for the continuation of the species.
Take care. I will worry dreadfully if you dont post. Find yourself in your own way.
You do belong here.

Hi @hiddenite
i was terrified when i moved in on my own.. it realy was hard.. but it got better and... more normal and natural... though its still hard at times. maybe you could do a transition where you stay one night then back at your mums for a night, then two nights or something? could work out a calander with the girls too so they feel in control of the move too or something. you might also be able to get some in home support from vic carers? or something perhaps... Mind has a program that helps kids and families with home visits and they can do lots of stuff (i've referred a few families to it this year) where theres a will there's a way and you've proved again and again that your'e stronger than you realise 🙂
@Jacques here if you need some distractions or create a nice visual space like at the bonfire, please be safe,
LJ
