Hi Karen,
I am struggling again, i can't stand up, i nearly passed out a minute ago, i am so dizzy i feel like i am going to fall out of my office chair, i am so scared, no one is here, just me, i don't know where they have gone, i know i am going to have more stress when they get back, mum and her in the same car is always a disaster, my hands are shaking so bad and i can't breath, the screen keeps going in and out of focus.
I don't know why i am having a panic attack, nothing happened today, why does life always have to be so hard, i am missing you Karen, i feel so alone with this......................................

Hi Jacques,
I'm so sorry to hear you're anxiety has risen. There's a great app called 'ReachOut Breathe' that can assist people experiencing a panic attack. You can just search for 'ReachOut breathe' in the app store and it should pop up. It's very easy to use and very effective.
It's great you have reached out - I hope the app helps.
This panic attack will pass - I promise.
Nik

I know @NikNik, thank you, i am crying now, i have been in a state of severe panic since 2:30pm, it has been so bad, i just can't stop it, i have some meditation music going, and i am trying to distract, the dizzyness is easing a little bit i think. i am looking for the app now.
thank you, sorry
