My angel, breath with me deep breath in for 6 seconds and out 6 seconds. try walking back and forth in the hallway, i find this helps too, place your head on my chest and listen to me breath, follow my breaths, you can do it my sweet princess, i know you can 🙂

Karen, on your drive their try counting cars, or naming the models and make in your head, give you something to distract with, it sometimes works for me, or maybe even do a checklist in your head of things you need to get sorted for the house tomorrow, you don't need to remember it, just doing for a distraction while driving.
