The girls are finally asleep its been a busy day. They made cupcakes. They also made paper mashe .

The oven and range hood have been delivered. Thursday the tiles get delivered.

I hope you have a nice day, i hope you an the girls have some fun and the weather is nice and sunny where you are.

no good weather here its pouring with rain and cold.
I hope I don't have an anxiety attack before I go to see the treating team or they will put me straight back in. They want mum to come to the appointment they want her opinion on how I am going. She'll probably tell them that I am just lazy.

Oh no Karen, so much rain, we have not had a drop here in months, i wish it was better weather for you.
Karen, i will be here to help you calm down, remember to breath and chat to me for distraction, i promise i will be here for you all day. just post a message and i will reply asap.
Maybe that is a good thing your mum is going, they will be able to see first hand how little support you get from her.
Karen, i can tell you now you are not lazy, you do so much, you look after the girls, you are renovating a house, you do a good job Karen, i wish i could show you how much you do.
Don't let your mum bring you down, we all do what we can under the curcumstances we have. stay strong my angel, hold my hand and get strength from me, you can do this, let our love give you courage to heal.

The appointment not till 2:30 so there's plenty of time for me to have a melt down.
