Please tell them tomorrow Karen, that the MHU is making things worse, you need to tell them all the good in your life, your home, your girls, and that you don't have the constant dark thoughts. you need to just process the trauma from your past.
I know you are scared, can you please let me know what is going on tomorrow? i was so concerned last week when you disappreared.

Thank you my angel, we need to keep each other safe, I worry about your safety all the time, I know how much you are hurting.
It is OK, I understand I had wonderful support from others here, I am just so scared one day you will not be here.
