Karen, I am shaking so bad, i have tears in my eyes, but I can't cry. Why does my life have to be so difficult. I was trying to get home so fast, I was driving so dangerously, I should not be driving, I am a danger to others.

Yes Karen, that would be nice, I don't know what I need, I just don't know how much longer I c an keep doing this, I have had 3 big panic attacks today, and their is something wrong with my lungs, I can't breathe, they feel like they are full of liquid, I feel like I am drowning.
I was coughing up blood a few months ago, maybe it has something to do with that.
I so hope it is lung cancer.

Jacques please you need to take some time to get you breathing under control.
you know how to do it. Maybe go outside and look at the stars while concentrating on your breathing.
