Hi Karen,
It's 7am, i was woken this morning with mum screaming out for me, she fell out of bed onto the floor and could not get up, i picked her up and she was crying so much, i can't seem to help her anymore, she is in such a state, it is all to much for the both of us.
I hope your night was ok, thinking of you, wondering if i could get a hug?

im saddened to hear your mum is so distressed.

Im ok jacques I have been released and at home. The girls are angry with me for not being here . understandable I suppose just makes me feel guilty.
Come and sit with me for awhile maybe we can cheer each other up.

Oh no Karen, they are just to young to understand what happened to you, remember Karen you where put in their involuntary you had no choice, can you take them out for some special lunch or something?

Karen, I am here for you too, my aunt has gone for the day, so I am trying to get mum to go out to a friend's house to try and get a break from it all, she is not far off a breakdown I have not seen her like this since dad died 15 years ago.

Thats good news that your mum has other support around her. Im sure she will feel a bit better after a coffee and a good cry to a friend.
