Hi my princess, how are you this morning? did you have some brekkie? did you take your meds?

Two things, well i am thankful for fresh air, and having and escape in the shed, two, i am greatful to have you in my life, things are really bad now and i am grasping onto our relationship with both hands, i hope i can hold on.

I am trying to watch my breathing, deep breaths in and out, i am going to try to sleep the day away, i am in a dark place and it is only going to get worse as the day goes on, sleep is how i manage these thoughts.

my angel, thank you so much for being here for me, i feel terrible for being such a heavy emotional burden to you, please don't let me bring you down with me.

ISorry imissed your message, i have only just gotten up, i have literally slept the whole day away, i was only awake from 9am to 11am, still very low, had a chat to @Former-Member about what is going on, seeing things in writting is making things worse for me, gosh sorry Karen i will stop now.

Hope your day was ok, i will only bring you down if i chat to you, i don't want to do that. I hve purchased all white tiles for my mum's house, everything goes with white and you can always add colour to them by putting colourful things like bright appliances, pictures, flowers, etc.

mum always tells me if in doubt go white, it does not date either. which is another plus. good luck with the shopping, remember to believe in yourself, you will make the right choice. you know what you like.
