Karen, have you bee taking your meds and eating properly, i worry about you not looking after yourself.
Have you thought about drawing to release your memories on paper. let them out of your mind?

My angel, you deserve to be showered wit hkind and caring words, you do the same for me. Karen, i become a monster when i am pushed or stressed, my aunt knows how to push my buttons, I am so tired of being full of anger and hate, it has kept me safe for 15 years, but i am tired of it now, i just want to be kind and at peace, i just want people around me i love and cherrish. you are one such person Karen, you make me want to live, thei are small glimmers of happyness when i am around you, reasons to fight. i do fight Karen, i fight these thoughts so hard for you.
Oh my angel, i did not know you where a big fan of Mel Gibson 😄 i hope you are enjoyng it, i don't think i have sene that one, or the pasison of the christ, those are the only two movies of his i have not seen, what is it about?

Oh my angel i am so glad you are watching something light hearted, are you getting some laughts or even smiling? i do hope so, you need some cheering up, let yourself enjoy this moment, focus on the movie and nothing else. if i am disturbing your viewing i can go if you like?

Hi My angel,
Thank you so much for holding me last night, i slept well, i hope you did too.
I am very low today, i don't know why, it is going to be another long day, i might try to sleep through it, i will see how i go.
