Yes, it is so quiet here, so peaceful, i am slowly relaxing, trying to recover befor the next installment. yes, mum is a lot better, thank you for asking, she seems very relaxed, she is watching master chef or something like that.

My angel you are truly a kind and caring person, even when you have your own pain you are willing to help others, you are so special, a wonderful lady.

Yes my angel, the trauma you mind and body must go through going back their must be excruciating, i wish yu could holliday somewhere else for a change, some where new, to make new memories, just you and the girls, you all deserve to be happy, yes Karen, i mean you too, you deserve happyness. maybe one holliday you and the girls can have some fun just the three of you. do they like camping?

Karen, you know all the terrible things that have happened to you, you did not deserve, no one deserves what happened to you. i wish you to only experiance nice things from here on, you have to much pain in your body, mind and heart. you need to heal Karen.
