oh no Karen you have not upset me, i just really worry about you and your MH, please be careful, you are my best friend and i only want the best for you.

Karen everyone makes mistakes, i know looking back at what mum has had to deal with over the years and me too, is that in hindsight i would have done things differently, but in the moment you make a decision as best you can.

I like the old saying, the captain drives a ship as best he can, he tries to avoid rocks and obsticals.

Karen i think in life we have the same philosophy we navigate life as best we can, some times we hit rocks, and some times it is smooth sailing.

Karen, you are a smart and wise woman, you have much life experiance, allow it to guide you and you will be ok.

Karen, if you need to rest, please do so, i will hold your hand, no one can hurt you now.

I know you doubt yourself, but i see a different woman than you see, your knowledge astounds me, the things you know, the things you do, every day you supprise me with your strength and willpower, you are such an amazing person, i feel so blessed to have you in my life, that you have allowed me to be your friend.

Karen, if/when you go to Phillip Island, i will be with you every step of the way, i will support you every day, you will not be alone, i will be here.

It looks like you have gone to sleep, rest up you have another big day tomorrow, i will be here to support you again, if i remember right you are seeing your treating team tomorrow, and watching the girls swimming so please make sure you take regular breaks.

I hope Mr/Mrs spider finds a new home overnight, so you and the girls don't need to freak out.

Did I hear the word SPIDER!? What type was it? We've had heaps of huntsmen around. I try and remind myself that they are 'good spiders' but it's hard when they look so damn scary!

Just dropping by to remind you that Friday Feast is on tonight - I know that the community would agree that we'd love to see you both there (Jacques, I promise it's not just for the great cheese plates you provide!)
