Hope your morning is going well, i am still very low, slept all night i was so exhausted, but i will never go anywhere in the car again, unless it is just mum and i, it is just too hard otherwise.

hope you got some rest last night, i was worried about you, i know how triggered you must be, i am home all day so feel free to chat when and if you want.

Hope you have some sun so you can go for a walk on the beach or go to the park.

Yo uare such a beautiful person Karen, you care for me so much, my heart is so warmed by your kind words. I know we would never have met, but that would be a pain i could bear knowing you had never suffered in the first place. my angel, i wish you had never experianced the worst of human nature, you did not deserve it nor should you have had to endure it, i could never hurt someone i loved, sexually, mentally or physically. you just don't do that to someone you care about.

My angel, i hope you are curled up on a couch resting by now, you did such an amazing job caring for me, i feel so honoured to have you in my life, you are a special lady.

I am glad the girls have found a safe place to be happy, they deserve to be happy and to be children, i hope their imaginations run wild, they are so lucky to have a mum like you.

My angel i am staying safe, still so low, but your words have put a smile on my face, so i am happy with that. i would love to wrap you up in a blanket and just watch you rest, somewhere safe, somewhere wher you have no memories of your past. my angel, know i am in your heart, watching over you, hold my hand and imagine the most peaceful happy place you can think of, just you and me, no one else around, nothing to worry about. just happyness.
