I know how much I mean to you, I have for a long time, I am scared Karen, I don't know how much more I can handle, I don't think mum knows how distressed I am, I was driving so dangerously trying to get home quick, I really should hand my license in, I hate driving, but mum will not drive out of our small town.
I can't slow my breathing and I feel like I am going to snap.

Thank you my angel, we are one, I am so exhausted I had to sleep at my aunts, I feel so low, I feel so calm talking to you. Do you get irritated with noises Karen, my mum and aunt talking and knocking things sounds like a jack hammer to me

jacques its been a terrible few days you are allowed to feel streessed and emotional. All very nornal reactions for the pressure you are under.
let's get your breathing back to normal.
Deep bresthe in counting to 6 exhale slowly counting to 8 you can do this slowly until your hesrt and everything slows down

Hey Jacques yes im terrible with noises even the noise of the tv I find irritating. The girls complain but I just can't help it.
