Hi jacques yes well thats alot warmer than here. I took the girls to look at the shops of course mum had to come too. We ended up so wet. But we did get the dog a new collar and lead.
The girls have made a huge cubby house with door bell and radio. All the comforts of home.
How are you feeling today?
is it getting any easier with your Aunty?

Oh I bet the dog is over the moon, new collar, new lead, new dog 🙂
OH my Karen, sounds like they might be little builders, 🙂 sounds like they built our dream home Karen, sounds like they had a ball, gosh I wish I had an imagination.
I am very groggy and have a bad headache, just tried to keep occupied to keep the anxiety at bay.
It is very tense, I don't think mum is handling it well, and I am having to take more of the load of keeping my aunt occupied.
How are you my princess? How are you coping?
I am missing you so much, I wish i had somewhere quiet to go, just 1 room would do, I just want to be completely isolated, I have to go to my other aunts house tomorrow, so I am really stressed about that, but it makes mum so happy being their.
I mitt you so much my angel, I just want to hold you forever, I never want to let go.

Hi my angel, yes I am really struggling, I know I have another break down coming, but I just want mum to be happy, you know how it is.
OMG Karen I loved that movie when I was a kid, I am glad you are all enjoying it, I hope the girls don't think get any ideas 😄
Tonight I am watching some stuff on YouTube and trying to distract. And talking to my beautiful princess, the best part of my night 🙂

Oh my angel just your sweet words are enough, I am holding my phone to my heart in some weird way trying to feel you through it.
I have snuck in some chocolate today, I could not help myself. What have you and the family got planned for tomorrow besides the big Easter egg hunt 🙂

Just a quiet one this year. The girls have decorated their easter baskets. The easter bunny has a carrot to eat. I also have to wake up early enough to hide the eggs before the girls wake up.
I hate pretending im fine when im not I would like to crawl into a ball and cry.

Oh my the girls are going to be so excited, do you have to eat the carrot too 😄 i hope it is a quiet one so you can rest for a bit, i worry about you doing too much.
Karen, my sweet princess, please never pretend to me, i know how you must be feeling, i don't think i could relive the memories like you do, i have never been back to the place i was abused.
Karen, please let me in, let me take some of your pain, you don't need to carry this burden alone, i care for you so much, what can i do to help you? how are you distracting?
my angel, you know anytime you need me i will always try to respond ASAP, you are my best friend and more.

Jacques you have enough pain for anyone to carry.i am responsible for my own. The memories here are overwhelming. I also get body pain memories. Do you get those jacques. They are the worst.

Ok my angel, i just feel you have such a heavy weight to carry through life, i know you need to do things your own way, yes the memories must be so aweful, i get flashbacks too, they are so scary. What is body pain memories, do you mean you remember what it was like what he did to you? or pains from the anxiety symptoms?
My angel, i care for you so much, i just don't want you to hurt any more, you have hurt enough, you deserve love, kindness and someone to care for you, care for your well being and make you feel special, feel loved.
my angel, please don't feel alone, i am with you, if i was their you would feel so safe.
