My angel, you have nothing to be scared of, he can't hurt you now, i know how hard it must be, the memories must be excrutiating, please keep chatting to me, keep your mind off the horrible memories, think of me, focus on the here and now.

what can i do to help my sweet princess?

Oh my angel, that is so nice, oh my angel, we would be too scared of each other, you are scared of men remember? i wish i could be away from mum, it makes things so hard. my angel, you can always bring a smile to my face. you are so amazing. 🙂

Yes we are my angel, we are strong together, i can't believe how much strength you have now, a few months ago you where so fragile, you have come a long way Karen, i am so proud of you, i am so glad you are recovering, it will take a long time for you to feel comfortable around men again, give it time and allow yourself to feel comfortable again, not all men are cruel and hurtful, i could never hurt you Karen, i hope i have never made you feel scared or frightened.

In time you will be less triggered by men, the more you interact with men the less scared and triggered you will become.

my angel, i never suffer when i am chatting to you, it is like the whole world dissapears, it is just you and me, no pain not hurt, just peace. you give me that Karen, and i am so greatful to you for that.

my angel, my wish for you is to one day rebuild your self-worth, self-esteem and self-love. i know deep down in my heart you will get their, i hope in some small way i can help you be confident again. 🙂

Oh my angel, you are so sweet, i only feel safe with you too, we have both been through so much, you are the only person i am comfortable enough not to hide who i am, you know my deepest darkest secrets, you would know more, but i am too embarrassed to tell you publicly, maybe it is better that way anyway, it might be triggering for you.

you have done an amazing job rebuilding your life, you where so fragile when we first met, you always kept me at arms length, now you trust me implicitly, you have done this Karen, you have had the strength to go on, you had the strength to ask for help, you had the strength to trust me. you are such an inspiration to any woman, your little girls should be so proud of you, i know i am.

hay did you really? did you really pretend you where talking to a girl? wow, and look at you now? gosh you have come a long way. the future is so bright my angel, so so bright. 😄

Oh my angel, i am so glad you persivered, look at us now, we have a blossoming relationship, if you had of walked away form me, who knows what would have happened. i am so glad you did what you had to, to help me through so many tough times.
