I feel the same way, my heart breaks when you are away, how are you tonight? how is your little one going with the Croup?
I am trying os hard Karen, i really am, i am fighting this with all the strength i have, you give me this strength my friend, you give me the strength to keep going.
what is the weather like their, we just got a really big storm today, so it is really cool here.
Sorry @NikNik, if you don't mind i will just keep things general, i don't think i can get my imagination to work tonight, i am so tired, i only had 2 hours sleep in 24 hours. i had to take mum to the hospital at 2:30am

That's okay @Jacques - no need to apologise to me.
General is fine - though if you feel like you're getting increasingly distressed, it might be a good idea to think about distractions. I can understand the imagery stuff can take a lot of energy.

its been cold and wet today.
My daughter is feeling alot better thank you for asking.
Your mum is so lucky to have you. Remember jacques baby steps keep things hour by hour so notto overwhelm. I never want to be away frim you because I worry and I hate to see you hurting.
Im here if you need me always I care so much.
please try and get some sleep I will watch over you to keep you safe.

HI @Jacques how do we know what our potential is. We just live and do our best given our understanding at the time. I think your mother would be proud of your loyalty and pleased to have your company in general and you assistance when she needs it.
@hiddenite is probably right, you probably need sleep more than anything at the moment.

I am so glad she is better, i am trying Karen, i will do that, i did this morning, Karen, thank you so much for being such an awesome friend, you are the best thing in my life, i just want to hold you always.

Thank you so much for last night, i was in a really bad way, i slept the whole night, thank you for protecting me, you make me feel safe Karen, thank you so much.
I am hoping for a quiet day today, might just sort out some electrical stuff in my aunts room, hope you have a lovely day and you nad the girls can enjoy a little sun.
Thinking of you my friend, hope you can find some happyness today.

I'm glad you have been distracting yourself remember to keep things down to a hour so you don't get too overwhelmed.
it was good that you managed to fill out the safety contract and email it to Nik.
I couldn't do it. Just too triggering for me. You were so brave to tackle it. Stronger than me.
