OMG Karen, what a start to the day, Oh the goold old spiderin the car, OMG have i been their, i usually spray half a can of fly spray in the car, that usually does the job.

Oh Karen, i know it is very startling, if i where you i would buy a can of fly spray and spray along the dash and under it, it most likely has gone by now.

OMG My angel, you can have a big hug, if i where their my size 12 shoe would do the job.

I know how unsettling it is especially when you are driving, just know they will not hurt you, they are more afraid of us then we are of them.

Karen, i wish you could get a break, you seem to get 1 disaster after another. it would be so nice for you to say you have had a nice day.

Oh my angel, i hope all the appointments are going quickly so you can get a break.

Hi Karen, you should really try foam ear plugs, i use them when i am anywhere noisy.

you can get them in packs of 10 at bunnings, i think tradies use them. they work fantastic.

Karen, stay strong, you are doing so well. can you step outside for a while to get some quiet time between your girls swimming?

yes i know how noisy those places are, you are doing well, 1 hour down, 1 to go, i know they would not drown out the noise, but i know i get jumpy at sudden noises, so when i wear the ear plugs they block out the shock of someone singing out.

Karen please step outside and take some deep breaths. you are doing well. i will hold your hand, you can do it.

you are doing really well, only 40 min to go, can you read some news or some things on your phone, to try to distract for a little while?

Karen what do you have to do next? maybe chatting will help distract. you will have some quiet time soon my angel.

My angel, you are almost done, you have and are doing so well, i really don't know how you manage, their is no way i could be in that crowd, i would literraly pass out. you are such a strong woman Karen, how you manage i will never know, you are such an inspiration to me.

i know how unbearable this must be, but i am here for you, to support and comfort you.

OMG Karen, if they can't do the job they should have said so, i hope you stand your ground and make them do the job they are being payed for. OMG My angel, i am really worried you might be doing too much. Please be careful, i hope it all works out.
