Im in the bush with no one around the only sounds I can here are the animals hiding in the long grass. So many birds in the trees the chorus of their songs overwhekn my senses.

The frogs are singing a lazy tune. As we sit and watch the river we can see the ducks looking for their lunch. The odd dragon fly scoots past hardly noticing we are there. The ripples of the water is mesmerizing.

we are holding hands with our feet in the water, the sting of the cool water is so refreshing. some goslings float by with their mum paddling madly to keep up.

The numbing water awakens our senses to the other animals around the river. The cockatoos are ripping bark off an old gum tree twirling themselves around the tree branch. The king parrots are hiding in the long grass eating the dried seeds.

some mag pies are wandeirng around us on the river bank diggin for worms, the kookaburras are singing because their is rain on the way, their is a baby platypus popping it's beak out of the water before ducking back under the surface.

We are sitting on a beautiful blanket with a picnic basket filled to the brim with our favorite foods. You reach in the basket and pull out a crusty loaf of bread. And cheese all different varieties.

Oh some smoked meats too, some nice wine glasses filled with sparling grape juice, some fresh fruit too 🙂 the wind is whistling through the trees

two nice big chocolate eclairs sitting tentatively in the corner of the basket, begging for us to eat them.

As the sun begins to get lower in the sky. We are happily chatting sharing the same thoughts and emotions. We are as one so comfortable in each other's presents.
