I hope you managed some rest, i had a terrible night of panic attacks, i don't think this is ever going to end, i seem to be stuck in a cycle of panic.

Hi my angel, feeling OK today, I tried to keep busy this morning and slept this afternoon.
Can't wait for us to be able to chat, I am missing you too my friend, my day is not complete until I am talking with you 🙂
Remember to breath Karen, and focus on 1 thing in the room and block out anything else. It might help. The day is almost over.

I asked if I could go for a walk today but im not allowed im going crazy in here.

Well, i might tell you about my afternoon, i was trying to make speaker spacers for the speakers in the shed, i managed to break a router bit, so i had to stop early, then i cleaned the shed and came inside to wait for you my friend.
I hope i can cheer you up a little tonight my friend, i don't like to see you low, you should be happy, and i will try to help you smile 🙂
