Re: catching up

I know my angel, it must be so tough to be in a place that is scary, with so many people and no where to get fresh air, i am so sorry Karen, i know you love open spaces.

Karen, please tell the staff, i don't want you to harm yourself, please tell them now, if you have your bags packed then they can transfer you to the public MHU to keep you safe.

I wish i could take away your pain Karen, i wish you would not have to hold safety, that you would not have these thoughts.

I am here for you my friend. please tell me what i can do to help?

Re: catching up

Hi @hiddenite,

@Jacques has suggested talking with staff. I strongly encourage this too. Please keep safe, Karen. Can you talk to with someone there?

And how can we use the Forums constructively tonight? Shall we try some distractions? I like @Jacques joke.

Re: catching up

Karen, please try to break this thinking, please just keep chatting to me, don't go quiet. Karen it is not a good thing to do, not good for you and not good for the girls, they need their mum, and you have so much to live for, the girls, your home, me 🙂

You are a loving mum, a caring friend, and a wonderful person.

Karen, please try lifeline, if that does not work please call the police, if the staff can't help please try Karen, you are so important to me, i would be devistated.

Re: catching up

Until 10, lets focus on distracting. @Jacques tell us about your day. You mentioned that making space for speakers in your shed. Sounds like quite the cosy place you're building there.

What imaginary place can we think of tonight. Last time I was on, we were talking about a cabin in the woods. How about we think about our perfect holiday?

Re: catching up

Yes, i have build a full speaker system for the shed, 6 speakers all split so i can turn indevidual speakers on and off, i have some in the shed and some outside, so when i am working out their i can listen to muci when i am gardening i can too 🙂

Unfortunately i slept most of the day, so not much else to report.

Hollidays, well i don't like hollidays, but if i could go on one, it would be to visit Karen 🙂 in winter. so she can teach me to ski. 🙂 i have never seen snow. well only on TV, but never in real life.
