Oh ok My angel, Yes, i get the same problem, when i am anxious i am so hyper aware of my surroundings that whatever is said to me never registers. Karen, just do your best, all you can do is go to the classes and hope that some of the information sinks in.
If you don't mind my asking, what are the classes about?
Karen, it is such a terrible situation here, mum is really upset, we are being put under emotional, financial and psychological strain with all this, her children who have great jobs and a lot of money (at least double what we are on at a minimum) don't help her at all, they don't even call her to see how she is. they are so digusting, oh gosh Karen, it is just too complicated to me, i know this is going to criple mum and i, just as we where starting to get on our feet. life is just not fair.
Karen, my angel, you are in my thoughts, i hope thinking of your girls and me get you through this, i know thinking of you get me through tough times.
hugs my angel

Oh ok, well at least they may be usefull.
Karen, i so wish i could, but i can't be away from mum and the house. their is no way out for me, i am backed into a corner, i will try to sleep most days away when she comes, to make the days go quicker. i am going to go to the pharmacy to see what i can get to help me sleep all day.
hugs my angel, i am so low too, when do your classes finish tonight? i suppose 9pm, i don't know if i will be awake, so if not i hope you manage some rest.
I am sorry to burden you with my problems.

Oh my angel, i am glad you don't mind, i am so sorry to make you feel helpless, i feel like this sometimes with you, i just wish i could take your pain away.
I think i might be awake, so if you would like to chat, i would like that very much 🙂
My angel, thank you for watching over me, you are so sweet. i hope you are coping with all you have to, i wish things where easier for you.

Oh no Karen,
you need to make sure you have nothing that you can harm yourself with in your room, i would be devistated if anythign ever happened to you. what is distressing you most?
Karen, you have to tell the staff, they need to know, even if it means going back the the public MHU, you need to be safe.
Oh Karen, the girls need their mum, you need to be well and safe too, is their anything i can do to help you my friend? i will do all i can, just tell me.
gentle hugs my angel, curl up on your bed and try to relax. remember to practice mindfullness, and use your coping stratagies, they have worked in the past.
Jacques
