Have a nice soothing cool shower my friend, I understand you not telling them, can you chat to me about it? As long as you don't say anything wrong here, I so wish we had direct contact so we could be honest with each other..

Thank you jacques it was a lovely hot shower ive veeb cold all day the air conditioning is freezing in here.

Oh yes of course, I forgot the air conditioning 🙂 it is so hot here the cold water is boiling hot, I might have to wait till the pipes cool down before I have a shower, I am about to wash the cars in 30 min.
Maybe I might spray myself be accident 😄 only if the water is cold.
I am glad you had a nice shower, their is nothing like it, do you have a bath in your new house? Maybe you could start having bubble baths to help with the anxiety, I am thinking of doing the same this winter.

Oh jacques I would do anything for a coke about now. I still can't stop I have cut down to a small coke. But I know I haven't had one. At least I don't drink V anymore.
Dinner was beef stroganoff with pasta, ice cream and yoghurt. It was nice better than the other mhu food.
I hope you get to run under the hose. Have fun j.

Yes my angel, i was pretty soaked by the time i was finished, it was really nice, i have just had a cold shower and am relaxing in front of the computer. i know you have classes soon and if you are too tired, please don't feel you need to chat to me.

I hope you managed some rest, i hope today is not too busy for you and you get some alone time.
I wonder are the girls going to visit today? it would be so nice for them to visit you.
Well another day, at least it is cool, i am going to go out and find something to do in the shed, the house feels too much like a prison, i just need to get out of it.
