Oh yes, i understand Karen, it is so shameful how men treat women, i do hope they are doign the right thing, i don't understand why he was wondering who did the demolition? why is that any of his business? Karen i would never treat you that way, you are so smart, so tallented, i have never met a woman like you, who does all mechanical and manual work, you are just amazing to me.
Keep up the good work.
Please make sure you get an itemised account when you get the bill to make sure they have done what they said. My mother has had some dodgy trads people who have riped her off too, i was too young to notice, but going over the bills they charged her for things they did not do.

Oh ok, i understand now, so the hose will have to be a lot bigger than the screw hole, yes?
Thank you so much Karen, i just hope i can do it, i don;t want to let you down now.
So tomorrow, make sure you take regular breaks, i know you are very busy, but make sure you pace yourself, and if at anytime you become overwhelmed cancel the next thing, their is no shame in putting yourself first.
I so wish i could help you.

Oh Karen, i do hope they are not taking you for a ride, it really should say what they are charging for the concrete stumps, it is probably too late now, but would it be possible rto get a fixed quote? so you know what they are doing?
Karen can you lock the rooms they don't need to be in? I never let tradies into the house if i am not their, i am like you, they may be honest, but they may not, i have to make sure i think of the worst case senario, is it possible to put it off until you have the time to be their?
i really hope they do the right thing, i know with houses their are always problems. when i got the house rewired, it costed 160% of the quote, all because of the oold dodgy wiring, i am sure you know their is always some things that come up that are unpredictable.

Karen would it be possible for your Dad or Mum to be their for the time they are working on the house?
Or if you open the house, and they can just lock it on their way out? so they will not need keys? you can then just check it on your way home.
