Oh my angel, you are not a failure, you are just struggling, please see the up side to this Karen, they could have put the girls into foster care, at least they are with you, so you mother has custody I take it?
Karen, please you need to work really hard now to get well, please do it for the girls, they need you and love you, now is the time you need to find strength and get better, prove you are a super mum.

I am back, i hope you have had a shower to wash the day away, what can i do to help Karen? You do realise this is only a temporary measure, right? this does not mean things can't improve in the future.
Karen, i know it must feel like your whole world has fallen apart, i know how devistated you are, nothing i can say or do can make things better, i know that, but i am here to support you in any small way i can.
How are the girls taking it? make sure you tell the girls that none of this is their fault.
Karen, please speak to me, don't push me away, we have been through so much together. please my angel, if you feel unsafe, please go to the hospital.

I know my angel, i know, it is so easy just to let go, but you can't, for the girls and for me, Karen, this is only till you get better, you know this, right?
Karen, your focus now has to be on the house and getting better, you need to show you can care for the girls, and they have a stable and happy home, you can do this Karen, i have faith in you.
Karen, this is just a safety measure, some people with MI and SI have harmed their children, i am not saying you would, but they need to be sure the girls are safe, the girls are still with you, so that is good, it will give you a goal to work towards, you can still spend every day with them.
Karen, things will get better, i know your whole world has crumbled around you, and it feels nothing will get better, but it will my angel, just focus now on getting your self sorted out, get all the help you can for your MI.
MMy angel, hold my hand as tight as you want, i have a comfy couch if you want some company tonight. 🙂 i will sit with you my angel.

I know the feeling well my angel, for some of us, life is really hard, we just have to manage things as best we can, you have done such a wonderful job with the girls, don't give up now, you have come so far.
Karen, i would love nothing more than to let go myself, but i know i can't mum is depending on me, Karen, the girls need you.
Do you think you can get some pencils and paper and draw how yuou are feeling, or allow your mind to draw what it is thinking, i know you love to draw, you need an outlet.
Please call lifeline or suicide callback Karen, i know you are hurting bad.
