Yes i am my angel, but iam too scared to sleep, i am so frightened of going to bed now, i am seriously thinking of sleeping in an arm chair tonight, to see if that helps.
Oh yes my angel, hosptial blankets are the worst. OMG Karen, really, they actually put tourches on you every 30 min? that is terrible, can't they monitor with cameras or something?
Oh my angel, i do hope in time you can get better so you don't have to go into the MHU anymore, please give it time, you are only at the beginning of your recovery. Take it slow and don't worry about bumps in the road, you will always have my support.

I don't have the words at how humbled I am that you still want to be my friend. That you held me so I didn't fall.

Yes, i am thinking the same, maybe different surroundings may help me sleep a little better.

well it is a beautiful day here today, the birds are singing and the sun is shining. Thank you so much for holding my hand last night, i slept the whole night, it has to be because of you my friend, thank you. i really needed a good nights sleep.
Well i have to tidy the house up today and do some house work, i will be online all day, i will keep my phone with me all day, so post when you like and i will respond ASAP.

I have just been to the shops to get a new battery for my phone. I had a panic attack then came home.things never seem to get any better.

See I told you I would be here for you all day. 🙂
OH my angel, well at least you have the battery now, please throw out the old batteries. Would it be possible to turn your phone off during g the night while you sleep? It will prolong your battery life.
I know my angel, the past few months this my anxiety is slowly getting worse too :(.

what are you up to today is the weather going to warm up?
Im trying to keep myself occupied so I don't think of having to go back to the mhu.
I don't want to go but im not being given any choice.
