Karen this is the battery i have for my phone, it works great, no swelling or problems, it is a bigger capacity battery so it will last longer between charges, but will still fit the phone. it is in victoria so should post to you quickly (within a few days) if you buy this one on ebay. otherwise try a battery place, they are everywhere, or you could try a phone store, sometimes they keep batteries.

Their was a problem with our phones with batteries, so you havedone nothing wrong, it is just a fault in the battery it's self

Thanks for letting me know jacques.
you are so cleaver.

Re: catching up

Karen, please unplug it and take the battery out of a night, if it is getting hot it can catch fire, the heat is a sign the battery is at end of life, please be careful with it, maybe buy a cheap phone for the interum if you can't find a battery.

I bet it is nice to be in your own bed again, must be way better than the MHU

Re: catching up

Karen tell them if you forget to take your phone that you need a battery for a "samsung i9300", that is the model of your phone, is it an S3 or S3 4G? the 4G would be on the back of the case?

Re: catching up

Yes not much sleep in a hospital bed. Then there's those awful blankets. Oh I almost forgot having a torch in your face every half hour.

you must be getting tired my friend.

Re: catching up

Karen, the battery thing will be an ongoing problem with your phone, it has to do with the batteries and how old the hardware is inside the phone its self, maybe think about upgrading your phone in the future to a newer samsung phone. or whatever phone you choose.
