Well my angel, i have decided to leave a nice message of support every night till you get home.

i have a little poem for you 🙂 but i just want to let you know i am thinking of you and i miss you so much.

Today i was distracting because i was so frantic about you, please it was not your fault, it is just my abandonment thing, so today i started painting another room, i did all the prep work cleaned the walls and ceiling, no more gapped the cracks in the walls, and made sure their was no dirt anywhere. so tomorrow, while thinking of you i am going to paint. the animals have had a quiet day at the farm, not much to report, Ms Chook spent the day chasing the hens around, the cattle slept under the tree and the sheep where grazing.

The weather is cool here till mid next week. i am enjoying it so much it is 31 here today which is cool for this area.

Well my angel, i hope you are safe and well looked after. my thoughts are with you always, please be safe.

I am missing you so much too Karen, i am wandering around the house in a daze, because i am missing you so much, i can't believe how much you mean to me, you are my whole world.

Karen, my angel, i am taking care, and i will be here whenever you need me or want to chat, i have been keeping busy today so i don't get too depressed without you.

Today i painted the hallway, it went really well, flat white ceiling and a boney color wall Stow white it is called, really beautiful, a very light brown. just a shade off white.

I have been thinking of you all day my friend, i eve nlit an incense for you, i know it is silly, but i know you love them.

Yesterday I was browsing on the internet and came across the

I wondered if it might be useful to either you or @hiddenite. (Thinking of you too, Karen.)

She and the girls have experienced very complex grief as well as the PTSD etc.

The site also discusses "companioning" as a way of walking with a person in grief, and your posts struck me as the epitome of good "companioning".

Yet it is important to care for yourself in the carer role.

Hope you dont mind it as a suggestion ... sorry if it seems like butting in .. caring for you both.

Wow what a wonderful site, i have just read the companioning philosophy, it is so true, that is what i try to do every day, i want to support Karen, not tell her what to do.

You are so wise @Appleblossom, you are such an asset to all of us, your lived experiance, your kind and caring nature, i feel so lucky to have you here. thank you.

Please don't feel like you are intruding, it is nice to get different perspectives.
