catching up

Hi my angel,

Well mum wanted to do a day trip so we are going for a drive to another town 2:40min away, I am car sick and not well, I managed some rest last night but am so exhausted. I understand why you push yourself so hard, to see mum so happy is worth my anxiety and exhaustion, I know now why you do this for your girls.

Hope you are feeling better, will check in here when I can.

Karen, I couldn't, like you with your girls, mum comes first, she is so happy right now, you should see the smile on her face, I am willing to suffer for her, I now understand why you do what you do for the girls.

We'll all I can say is to remember to breathe its the whole key to the anxiety. Breathe slowly and deeply.you have done it plenty of times before.

Also distract watch the scenery take note of the trees grass birds name them.

How are you feeling my angel?

We just had some lunch at a beautiful Park, Karen you would have loved it, it was so green and lush, ducks swans and roses everywhere, I will post a pic when I get home.

I am watching my breathing, still car sick and shaking but coping, it is a lovely cooling day.

My angel I hope you are getting some rest.

Sounds beautiful Jacques its great that you can appreciate your surroundings. I bet you mum is enjoying herself.

its really hot today so im not enjoying that seeing I already have a fever.

I went to the doctors this morning but I couldn't walk in . PATHETIC. I tried walking away deep breathing three times I tried then I went home.

Im glad you understand why I put so much effort into looking after the girls. I know my mental health suffers because of it. But I owe it to them.

My angel you are not pathetic, just keep trying, you can make it to the doctor Karen. My angel if you have a fever please be careful, it is already at your kidneys, did you call health direct Australia?

Yes Karen, my health suffers greatly too, and I owe it to mum for everything I have put her through, she deserves better than me as a son.

Karen, I am so exhausted, how do you do this every day, you are so strong, I could not I am so I'll and tired my mood is dropping fast and seeing a place I have not seen in over 10 years upsets me on how much mum has had to miss out on.

This is our second day trip out in 12 months, I do understand Karen, please forgive me if you ever felt like I judged you.

Hugs my angel, try to keep a cool damp cloth on your forehead to keep the fever down. Drink plenty of water to flush out any bad bacteria. That is what I did, you can also go to the chemist and get over the counter medication to help.
