catching up

Yes my angel, you might be right, we seem to be so good for one another, how are you this evening my angel? is the fever going away or getting worse? make sure you drink fluids, water, tea, coke, whatever works for you.

my angel, the shower was devine, i am really tired and anxious, the feeling is coming back into my hands, i was gripping the steering wheel so tight Karen.

my angel how where the girls today? i hope they where settled, you don't need them being upset.

Oh no Karen, please make sure you have a cool wet hand towel close by to keep your forehead cool, i wish i could be their to fuss over you too, the girls are so sweet, what good little girls, you should be so proud of them, they are so smart, so tallented, i am so glad they are giving you some TLC.

i will understand if you want to rest and not tlk to me, i know how it is when i am unwell and i don't want you to use what little energy you have on me.

yes the dark stuff is their, that i am not a good son, that i have let mum down over the past 10 years, how much of my life i have wasted, how much i have sacrificed to live this way, the usual for me 😞

I know you will be feeling really unwell today, i know i sound like a broken record, but please try to go to the doctor, please for me 🙂

well i slept my first full night last night, i was so exhausted, i did not wake up once with a panic attack, i had a panic attack going to sleep, but never woke up with one. so i am happy.

well sorting through some more paperwork, i hope to get it finished this week. the birds are singing and the farm animals are making their usual noises, so i am happy.

still low, but i can manage it. how are your moods today Karen? i know when one is unwell it can mess with our MH, i am here for you my friend, anytime, just post and i will answer ASAP 🙂
