Oh Karen the sandle wood smelled so nice, i thought of you the whole time, such a beautiful scent.

OMG Karen, you didn't mow all that yard in one day did you? you poor thing, i have just finished mowing 1/4 acre and i am buggered. I don't know how you mow such a large yard on your own, i hope one day you can get a gardener to do it for you. Well we can both be burned together, it seems i am sunburnt too 😄 i had a hat and everything, but 37 is just too much for the clothes to block out, my cheeks are rosey red.

Karen, please keep telling yourself their is hope, because theri really is, if anyone ever tells you their is no hope, tell them people with cancer where told the same thing 40 years ago, look now, the success rate is 5X what it used to be, same with MI, their have been so many advances lately, new techniques new treatments. Always hold on to what the future holds, i will too.

Karen the game console is a Nintendo WII U and the game is Zumba Kids or another good game is Just Dance kids both games they have to actully dance in front of the TV to make the people on the screen move, it is very physical, if they have a lot of energy, they will be tired after playing this for an hour or so. and it will teach them to dance.

The games are around $30 i am not sure of the price of the console, but you can get all of this at EBGames, their should be one near you.

Oh Karen, i hope it helps you little one, i know my cousin has one and she has learned how to dance really well, it teaches them how to do all the proper dance steps, you can even get a Dysney dance game, with all the dysney characters of the latest movies. please check with the store that it is suitable for their age groups. Games have come a long way Karen, not many games these days have you sitting in front of the TV, most of them now are for fitness purposes, you may need to buy an extra controller, if both girls want to play at the same time.

Oh Karen, Naughty, no wonder you where struggling last night, all that work, you really need to pace yourself, try to limit yourself to 1 or 2 jobs per day, it is not good for your mental health if you are worn out physically and trying to work through dark stuff.

Karen i am going to say this, i know you will struggle to believe it , but it is true, you have nothing to prove to anyone. I know you are trying to prove to your mother, your girls and yourself you are worthwhile, Karen you do not have to prove these things, you are a worthwhile person, i know you push yourself hard for this reason because i do the same, it has taken me years to become comfortable enough to not have to prove myself to others, sometimes i stil lstruggle with it, even now.
