Thank you my angel,
we went or are in town now, I did the mowing and cleaned up I had to get out of the house, it was feeling so suffocating being their, we had some things to do, we got every thing we needed and are sitting in the car in a very quiet Park.
I am so thankful to have you in my life Karen, you are so special to me, still very flat and low, I keep staring into space, but I am hoping the change of scenery will help tonight.
I am so frightened of night times now Karen, I know I will have a panic attack when it gets dark, I am so scared of them now.
Hugs my precious angel, I hope you are well, thinking of you, missing you a lot.

After being so low last night to today getting back up and doing the mowing and going to town.

Thank you my angel, yes I did have to push myself, but I knew if I sat around my thought 's would only deteriorate more, I needed to distract.
I was shaking and sweating so bad in town, my legs felt like jelly, like they where going to give out any minute, the people scared me so much, so I focused on what I needed to get and got back to the car as quickly as possible.
I am home now my angel, just waiting to have a shower to wash away the day.
My angel could we chat a bit tonight? I know you are probably not up to it, so no pressure, I just miss you so much.

please my angel, make yourself at home, my house is your house, that is the way i always treat guests. oh yes the couch, mum and i bought some nice material today to make a throw for it, it is felt lined on the back and the softest fabric you could imagine, it is salmon in colour, a mottled pattern.
I am so sorry for worrying you, we seem to worry each other 🙂 it is nice to know someone cares, that oi am not alone, that i have a friend, even though we are 1,000 km apart, it feels like you are right here next to me 🙂
how are you my friend? how did the appointment go? i am here if you would like to talk, it would be nice to help someone else with their problems, i am bored with mine.

Still not doing well its always difficult after the girls have been to the psychologist.
Physically im feeling really unwell and im too scared to go to the dr.

Yes i understand Karen, i know the girls act up after and it is tough on you with the travelling. just rest now, get as much rest as you can and know you are doing the best you can with the girls, not many parents would go to the lengths you go to to care for their children, you are an awesome mum, always remember that.
Karen are you run down? i know with the dark thoughts and the long driving routes you are always exhausted, or are you comming down with a bug do you think? Karen why are you scared? please try to go tomorrow, the longer you leave it the worse it will get, please try, for me 🙂
My angel, you are like family to me, you are always welcome, their is plenty to eat and drink, entertainment too, i have a pool table, music, board games, no swimming pool though 😞
it is a beautiful ngight here tonight, just on about 18 degrees, a nice southerly breeze and all the animals are settling down for the night, their where literally hundreds of gallah's flying over our house about 10 min ago, they are all in the trees down the river.

Hu Jacques the crickets are out tonight and there is a nice breeze blowing.
I think its a side effect of one of the medicstions im in. Its very painful though I think I remember you saying that you get it sometime. I can't gi to the dr im too enbarrassed.

Oh i have not heard crickets in a while here, i wonder why, they used to be around, we had to stop on the highway for some cattle crossing the road, they where so cute, they took their time crossing the road, many motorists where not amused, but i loved it.
Oh yes my angel, i have had it 5 times in the past, very painful indeed. Karen, they don't have to examine you, if you tell them you have the infection they will give you medication, it is a very common condition in women, not so much in men, i know what you mean with being embarressed, but you really need ot see a doctor, it can get a lot worse if you don't. the medication will work within a day or two now, it is good stuff, please try, i wish i could tell you what i got for it, but i don't think the moderators would allow it 😞
i know you work so hard through the week my angel, you don't really get a break, i suppose two little ones will do that to you. Karen, try to rest up this weekend, you need rest, your body and mind are screaming out for it.
tonight i am chatting to my beautiful, wonderful, awesome best friend, and trying to keep my eyes open, i am so tired Karen, but i know i can't sleep so i will not go to bed till late.
