I drove to town 1 hour each way, in a complete white out this morning and this afternoon, i was on the highway, i could only do 70Kph it was raining so hard.
me too @NikNik, their is something peacefull and powerful with lightening and thunder. i like storms anytime except when i am driving 😄

Ok my angel, please be safe, hope you manage some rest, i don't have to go anywhere till sunday, so i am all yours till then 🙂 not more trips to town, mum's friend is all finished, so i am happy.

i hope the day is treating you well, i am not sure if the girls have gone back to school, but school has gone back here, if your girls are at school, please be safe, try not to go bush, try to go to the house and distract instead.
I am here all day if you want to talk or just sit with me.

Hi Jacques yes school is back today I made an absolute fool of myself. I had a panic attack infront of everyone. The girls were so upset with me.
I was shaking and dripping with sweat.
now ive had to drive over an hour to see the girls psychologist.
Im still being flooded with intrusive thoughts and im exhausted
hope you are ok and got some sleep.

My angel, you have been exhausted all week, no wonder you had a panic attack, it is understandable, it was the girls first day back at school, so don't worry, no one will remember in a week, just allow that moment to pass and don't focus on it.
My angel, is the appointment nessisary, can't you do it over the phone?
You are pushing yourself too hard again, please try to slow down, reach out for help if it gets to much my angel.
I managed a little rest, my angel, I am home all day, please feel free to chat if you want or need to.
Hugs my sweet angel, you are doing good. I was the same way yesterday, we just have to manage the panic attacks as best we can.
Remember to breath, maybe open your window to get some fresh air.

It is very difficult going through trauma, grief, and being available ina caring way for one's children ... day in day out.
Keep posting ... keep trying ... do your best .. if you can anchor into your own goodness ... it helps battle the self-doubting blaimg parts of our selves.
Maybe they can see that you actually do have more personal resources than you believe you have.
I struggled very much for decades .. during child rearing .. it is tough there is no doubt about that ...
but keep reaching out ... if doors are shut in MH world ... and the forum is all ... then go with that for a while ... try posting more on other threads so that you can broaden your outlook ... though I am very fond of @Jacques too.
You are doing it differently to @Former-Member cos everyone's journey is unique .. but share a little of your emotional wealth and emotional pain ...
