catching up

My favourite one is an oldie but a goodie - the one where the baby panda sneezes and the mother panda jumps a mile. I still get startled every time I watch it - so not the best one when you're trying to calm down..

Still hilarious though.

i find looking up "cat fails" on youtube is good for a laugh, or at least lifting my mood. Cats can be so funny. i think their is "Dog fails" too 🙂

Hi my angel, my chest is really sore, i had a bad panic attack when i was in town, i think it is stil sore from the hyperventalating, i am doing breathing excercises now to try to releave the pain.

Yes my angel, i was so exhausted, i only got 3 hours sleep before i had to take mum's friend to town. it was busy their, maybe that is why i had a panic attack.

i managed though, how about you my angel? what is the temp like where you are?

Yes my angel, i was thinking of you the whole day, it helped me through, you are my rock Karen, thinking of you make me see life is not so bad 🙂

I LOVE thunder and lightening - but only at night. I don't like driving in it or it being dark all day.

Oh my angel, it is beautiful, isn't it, can you feel the sprinkles splashing on your hand or face? i love that, sometimes i even stand out in the rain, just to feel the sprinkles on my face.

use the rain to ground you Karen, let the sound, smell and feel help you stay in the present.

you are so lucky my angel, it has finished raining here about 1 hour ago, i can still smell it, so lucky 🙂
