Hi Jacques I have really missed you today.
The girls went back to school today.
I had an appointment with the girls psychologist.
I spoke to my psychologist she said there is nothing she can do and recommended I find another psychologist.
Im at the point where im going to beg for help the intrusive thoughts are so bad.

My angel, i have missed you so much too, a day is just not the same unless i am chatting with my best friend.
i understand you had a really busy day, i am so upset with how you are being treated by everyone, especially so called "Professionals" the entire MH system is so inadequate, i will not go on because i don't want to upset you my angel.
you must keep searching for help my princess, search anywhere, but never stop asking for help my angel.
I will walk beside you all the way, i will never leave your side, please keep asking for help, never give up. you are so worth the time and effort to help, if people saw what i see in you they would be falling over themselves to help you 🙂

I know my angel, it is not your fault, the system is badly broken, the "professionals" are not being trained properly, and are not willing to learn new techniques.
You are right my angel, you should not have to beg, you should be treated with decency.
I wish you lived near me I would keep you safe.
My angel, you just need to keep reaching out, their has to be someone who will help.
I am fine my angel, I am worried about you my friend, I can manage my thought and anxiety. I just wish I could do more to support you.

My angel, all i want to do all the time now is hug you, i don't know why, i just think you need affection, maybe sounds stupid, but i seem to be sensing it. maybe it is me who wants affection, i don't know.
