Re: catching up

Hi Shimmer
its both I need mum to look after the girl's and their needs. They both see a psychologist weekly and Thursday school goes back thats a 45 Min one way.

for me her abuse will be worse if I don't do what she wants. She tells me to get over it. Snap out of it. Stop acting like a victim. That hospital is a waste of time and all I do there is sit and get fatter.

so without her approval my life gets decisively worse. I don't know what's going to happen to me.
I know I won't get better without crisis intervention.

Re: catching up

Sorry my angel, mu mhad some friends around for a hair trim.

I am so sorry your mum is so stubborn, i know you always get better after a stay at hospital, i don't understand why she can't see that.

Karen you know i am always here for you, you can get through this with me by your side, we can distract together, like we did last night.

hugs my angel, i can see the hurt and pain, for the moment you need to break the day down into hours, minutes and seconds, you have done it in the past, you can do it now 🙂

my angel, please let me know if their is anything i can do?

Jacques

Re: catching up

Karen, would it be possibe to reach out to your brother or sister to care for the girls?

Re: catching up

Neither of them are in the position to drive the girls the distance I do its nearly 200 km a day. Then the psychologist appointment. They both work full time.

Re: catching up

i understand Karen, it is a tough situation, would it be possible to ring your treating team tomorrow and see if they can find a way to get someone to care for the girls?

Re: catching up

Karen, can you please ring around, their is what is called "Residential Treatment facilities" that allow you to be treated and the girls stay with you, i think they are only a small flat, but you would be able to care for the girls and get the help you need?

I am looking up any of these places in melbourne, will let you know if i can find one.

Re: catching up

Thank you Jacques that sort of care isn't provided if you're suicidal.

the problem I have is I put all my energy into looking after the girl's and their mental health it leaves me depleted and unable to look after myself.

thank you for trying I appreciate that j
