Please don't say that, i worry about you all the time, sometimes we need to reach out to others, to help us refocus on what we need to do, you remind me to watch my breathing, to distract and to reach out if i get overwhelmed.

Karen, you have done so well with it so far, please don't feel like you have failed, it may just take a little longer to complete that is all, you can do it, you just need the self-esteem to go on with it.
