In the darkest of times,
their is still the light of the stars and the moon,
their is always light if you look hard enough,
It is always darkest before the dawn,
the light will come if you wait long enough.

I know you did not mean to upset me my sweet angel, i am just so scared you will let go, you are my only friend, we have only just reconnected and i don't want to lose you.
Karen, please stay safe, do whatever you have to to stay safe. i am here if you want some company, please try to reach out if you can.
i have bee nwatching the animals this morning, the calf has been making a nusence of himself, chasing the farm hand around the paddock, the chooks are fed and happy and all the birds are churping.
can you see any birds where you are? any wildlife? please try to look.

There are some rosellas in the trees, magpies, thats about it. We are in a normal suburb in a townhouse so no garden either.

Wow beautiful, I love Rosella's, and MAG pies, the neighbours across the road from me is still feeding them, they come right up to the door and wait for their brickie, so cute.

Hmmm what to tell you, well I am going to finish the mowing this afternoon, today I am just finishing up an upgrade to my computer, it is quite warm here, we already have the Ac on. I need to clean the shed but I have no energy to do it.
What are the girls up to?

Oh my angel,
You need to stay safe, maybe ask your mum to get the books or take the girls with you to make sure you stay safe.
I so wish you would go to the ER, you sound like you need to be somewhere to be safe.
Please take someone with you when you get the girls school stuff.
If you go bush please call lifeline or suicide call back service.

I asked the girls to come with me but they want to stay with their cousin.

Oh my angel, why will your family not support you, it is so frustrating.
