Struggling my angel, did not get home till 12:30am, I had a bad panic attack at 7pm and never recovered, I can't even talk to mum this morning I am so low, sorry my angel, I will not be much company today :(.

i know my angel, i really do, i can't move, my whole body feels so heavy, i can bearly keep my eyes open, i am just distracting as best i can, just do what you can do and no more, their is no shame in resting.
