you have had a big day, i will hold your hand while you drift of to the land of nod, and whisper positive words in your ear, you are kind, caring loving and an awesome friend, whom i think the world of, hear my words Karen, you did all the right things today, i am so proud of you reaching out when you needed it and allowing people to help you when you where scared, Karen please don't feel ashamed, you are a strong and courageous woman, you are an inspiration to me, you where strong enough to ask for help, i respect you so much for that.

I hope you managed some sleep, please be gentle with yourself today, stay away from anyone who is negative, and make sure you have plenty of hugs with the girls, if you are hurting you know the numbers, and please ring them, it does not matter if the Police are involved again, as long as you are safe.

please try o have a shower i know it will make all the difference, was away the low mood, i know it helps me, even when i don't feel like it i make myself have a shower and i am always better for it.
