Karen we are not in trouble, it is ok, i have been speaking to the lovely @NikNik, it is all sorted, no one is in trouble, you are wonderful and so is @NikNik, and i am going to support you for as long as you need my angel.

so back to the knee support, how does it fit? have you tried it on?

It is all good my angel, @NikNik and i have had a little laugh as we both sent emails at the same time explaining what was happening, 😄

Oh my angel, i am so thrilled it fits perfectly, i have tried mums and it does feel comfortable for me and mum says she hardly realises it is on after 5 min.

Mum told me to tell you to try to wear it as much as possible even when not stressing the knee, it helps strengthen the Patella, it might help with your driving too, you said your knee pops out when you drive.

i do hope it works for you my angel, i am so proud of you ordering one all on your own, well with a little help from me 🙂

Oh my angel, please be safe, can you try to get a little rest, i know it is difficult, you have had a "full on" day today, is their anything that can calm you down, some essential oils? how about your breathing? maybe walk around a bit, try to focus purly on your breathing, mindfullness Karen, focus on the here and now.

you have done so well today reaching out, please try to reach out again tonight if you need it, you are important to so many people, everyone loves you here, so do you little girls, and so do i :).

maybe do some mandalla Karen and listen to music, loud enough to stop the dark thoughts, it works for me.
