I truly hope you are okay.
I will be up for a little while longer if you feel a chat will help. Doesn't have to be about anything, we could just play a game like @NikNik suggested earlier. One thing I used to do with a friend when I was very distressed was we would make a story up. Id create a sentence and she would have to continue the story using what I had in the sentence before, etc.
Anyway, hear if you need an ear. I know you have the wonderful @Jacques and how very special your friendship is.

Jacques im really low what a mess I make of everthing.
The dr at the ed told me that he only trests people who are really sick. Unlike me who's sick in the head.

I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting a bed tonight. Are you heading back to your house or your parents?
Great idea @Billamba - we did the sentence story around Christmas time and it was really fun!
@hiddenite - you're welcome to sit with us in the Forums while we keep you company and chat - however, if things do escalate tonight, can you commit to calling Lifeline and/or Suicide call back service?

Oh my angel, you did not make a mess of everything, you reached out for help, you did the right thing, even if it does not feel like it now, i am so glad you called life line and i am so glad the Police where involved, otherwise you would not be here and that would break my heart.
Karen that is horrible, that doctor should be fired from his job, he should never be allowed to practice again, he did not orfill his duty of care, and o am so disapointed with the whole system.
Karen you have done nothing wrong, actually you have done everything right today. you where in crysis and you reached out for help, i am so proud of you Karen.

i promise i will be with you all night until you can go to sleep, i will not leave your side, i want you to be safe, mainly for selfish reasons, i need my best friend to make some funny jokes and cheer me up when i am low 🙂

Karen, as you know, the forums are not a place to discuss distress, and it's not a helpful place to talk about it either. You really must call Lifeline or Suicide call back service, which are the places that can give you the support you need in that moment.
Another option, which I know Suzanne has recommended before, is the Samaritans 13 52 47
Karen - the forums can be a place for company, distractions and connection - so you're welcome to keep using the Forums if that is useful, but it's important to seek appropriate crisis support if things escalate.
