Re: catching up

Hi My angel,

Well i suppose you are up and getting the girls ready for school, my thoughts are with you and i hope you managed some rest last night, try to take it easy today, you had a big day yesterday, please remember "Rome was not built in a day" if you have a quiet day try not to be so hard on yourself.

Karen i am here if you ever need to talk to get things off your mind, keeping them in allows people like you and me to ruminate, and this makes things so much worse.

Mumu has some medical appointments in town today, i have had stomach upsets all night about it, i hope it settles before we have to go, on a better note it looks like i have talked my way out of going out fr Christmas day, which is good, a nice quiet day for me

My thoughts are with you My angel, remember no bullying yourself. Be Kind to yourself

Jacques

Re: catching up

Hi Jacques sorry I haven't been around today beeb really busy with appointments. I had to take my daughters to see their psychologist.

I understand just how you feel Jacques. I feel lije that every day. Even just walking the girls into school. People say things like how much im sweating and its not even hot.

I literally drip.

I have managed Christmas shopping for the girls. Im so scared that they will put me back in the mhu I wanted to make sure they didn't miss out.

the shops sure are a challenge.

Thats great news about your Christmas im glad you wont be under so much pressure this year.

I saw my gp who said that I look like I shouldn't have been let out of the mhu.

my anxiety ,overwhelmed hopelessness has been excruciating today. I rang lifeline for support.

I hope you've had a hot shower and relaxing
take care

Re: catching up

Karen, please never apollogise, i know you are busy, i was just venting, it sounds like you are going to have quite the night with the girls, i hope their appointment went well and they are not upset at you.

Yes, i get that too with the sweating, i even had people look at me weird today when i nearly passed out, i probably would have passed out if anyone had of ask me if i was ok, my stomach is still in knots.

I am so glad you got all you Chrissie shopping done, it will get busy from now on which will make things hard, and i know what you mean about planning ahead, i am so sad to hear you are worried about being put back into the MHU, and i am so sad to hear your doctor feels the same, i really thought you had turned a corner.

I am proud of you Karen, you saw the symptoms and called lifeline, good girl. Yes it looks like we both had a rough day, make sure you breath, drink plenty of water, and calm down.

I am so relieved i don't have to go anywhere, i really hate christmas, it is way to much pressure for me, it is a time family want contact and a time when people want to pretend they like you. i just want it to be over.

i am relaxing Karen, and yes i had a shower, i am still feeling anxious, i think this will last all night, i should be ok in the morning.

Re: catching up

Hi both,

Nice to 'see' you both.

My goodness - you are organised Karen. Christmas shopping is stressful at the best of times. So much to battle with - people, car parks, finding gifts etc. Have the girls been forthcoming in what they want from Santa this year Karen? What is the cool present for young girls these days?

Jacques - sounds like you had a full day out & about. Is your mum okay?

I'm sorry to hear you're having an overwhelming and excruciating day today Karen. It's fantastic that you called Lifeline. As a result of that call, are there any strategies or techniques you committed to doing?
