My angel,
Karen you are a loving, kind, yo udo so much for your girls, you sacrifice so much, i don't care what your mother says, you are an awesome mum, the girls are with you, you say, this has to show you how much the girls love you. hug them Karen, they are all that matters in your life.
Karne she can say what she wants in her own home, but domestic violence is not tollerated in Australia anymore, not under any curcumstance. your mother is no better than your husband, she is in some ways worse, she is traumatising your girls. traumatising you.
You have the right to be respected
you have the right to be loved
you have the right to be cared for
you are not worthless Karen you are being abused and you are coping the way you always did, i aam proud of you for being so strong, i am proud of your girls for supporting you so much.

Karen, would it be possible to come to an arrangment with your mum to rent yours and the girls room, tht way you can demand respect and tollerence without feeling like she can do this to you?

Karen how quickly can you get 1 bathroom finished?
i do think you need to get out fo their, for yours and your girls safety and MH, i think she is doing enormous damage to your girls MH and she is harming you so badly, i think in a safe calm environment you and the girls would flourish, you all need kindness and calm to heal.
You do need to get out of that abusive relationship, i do hope you can do it, i am really concerned about your safety.
Karen she has no right, her house or not, to speak to you in that way, everyone has the right to be respected, no matter where they are, i am sure if you called 1800 REPSECT they would tell you the same.

OH Karen, you should not be paying so much, your mother is ripping you off, you could rent a house cheaper than that.
Karen i am fearful your mother is after your money and custody of the girls. she is a very bad lady, a horrible role model and generally a nasty person, can you rent a house/appartment until yours is finished?

Oh Karen, you see the girls love you, they want to be free too 😞 you do need to get yourself and the girls to safety, this can't go on, i am seeing your health deteriorate and i can see from what you write the girls are scared too.
Karen me heart breaks for you, i know how tough things are, especially with no support, that is why i think a womens refuge would be something for you to think about, it would give you time to sort your house and be able to live in a safe, non-controlling environment.
Hugs my angel, please think about seeking help form police or seek assistance from a womens refuge.
