What did you and the girls get up to today?

I am on my Sunday outing 😞 I saw a cousin in Buntings today, I started shaking so bad I just left, why am I so scared of my family Karen? They have done nothing to me, my uncle yesterday asked me to go to his place on a resort, and I said no, why can't anyone understand I am trapped, going out or holidays causes me great distress.

Jacques im sorry your day didn't go well. You must have alot of family near where you live.
it's difficult if you had an illnesses they would be more sensitive to your symptoms. its so unfair.

I don't understand why my mum won't leave me alone with the girls.
